The skin is one of the most important components of an individual’s physical appearance. Your skin is under almost constant scrutiny during normal day-to-day life. Skin is the bigest organ of the body – a complex and dynamic system that is vitally important to our health, and sometimes reflects it as well. There are many different types of skin of human. Some include oily, normal, dry skin, sensitive skin and combination skin. Oily skin may look oily and rough, may have reoccuring blackheads, acne and big pores.  The texture of skin is dense; the touch is frequent sticky.  This type is usually youthful  looking due to the appearance of oil on the skin.

Normal skin is the “healthy” type of skin. This type is the not too oily, not too dry type and characterized by few blemishes, generally firm and smooth with small pores. Dry Skin is sensitive to hot and cold weather, and can feel tight or have visible flaking  especially after cleansing. This one has a matte finish, small pores, and tends to become drier and more wrinkled with age compared with other types. Sensitive skin has a lot more worry with environmental factors than the average person. Skin burns more simply in the sun, there may be often reactions to cosmetics and rashes or a burning sensation can even mature from weather conditions.

There are many different skin problem is releted with skin such as, acne, skin cancer, rosacea, eczema, blackheads and dark circles etc. Skin care and skin treatments are important argument for many people. A person’s skin bears a lot about his or her health. The effects of sun exposure, poor diet, dehydration, stress, fatigue, smoking, allergies, and illness all can show up in skin, so it makes sense to pay close attention to it. A person can look younger or older relying on how best that person has taken care of his or her skin. Good skin care is necessary  for a youthful looking skin and face, and your facial “health” relys on it.

A good skin care therapy require not take hours daily , but must be tends to even day, without fail. A good skin care regime would involve cleaning, toning, moisturizing and sun protection. Moisturizing is an necessary step in good skin care. A good moisturizer can stop the dry skin cycle from spiraling into cracked, thick, flaky skin. Drink a lot of water for a healthy complexion. Alpha hydroxy acids have been used for thousands of years for skin rejuvenation, with good reason.
